The neck is one of the areas in the body that is least likely to have fat although there are really people who have fatty necks. Sometimes a fat face contributes to neck fat, so in order to lose neck fat we need to make our face thinner as well. It may take a while for these neck fat exercises to take effect but it would help in achieving a thinner neck. One can start doing these exercises by doing some stretches. In this way tight muscles can be loosen. You can start with the head and neck rotation. Look up, then to the right and left. Rotate your head and do the exercise all over again.

After stretching the neck muscles, you can start lifting weights which can help a lot in toning and firming up your neck muscles. Dumbbells are one of the things that you can use for neck exercises. You are not only burning neck fat but that of your body as well. Also take note that when you burn face fat it helps in making your neck more noticeable. Sometimes double chin leaves a small space between the face and neck, so we need to get rid of it as well. Chewing a gum can help as well as chin slap, it is slapping your chin slowly with the dorsal part of the hand.
