Tummy fat is always the hardest to get rid of! And don’t worry, it’s natural to have a body type that is a mix of genetics AND diet.
Try cutting carbs and salt. Both of these cause you to retain water and effect a bloated feel on face and tummy.
You also may benefit from some strength training as this causes you to build up muscle which makes your body a more efficient fat burning machine. Focus on strengthening your ‘skinny’ parts (arms and legs) because if you build up strong abs underneath the layer of fat on your tummy, you can actually increase the girth in that area.
Good luck!

Kylee asks…
How to get rid of fat everywhere WITHOUT gaining muscle!!!?
Look, I’m 13, I’m curvy, my height is 5’3, and I weigh 125 lbs, which is considered “normal” for a 13-year-old. My grade 8 graduation is in June (which gives me about 7-8 months), and there is this pretty dress I want. The problem is, I am chubby EVERYWHERE. Compared to most girls in my school, they’re all curvy and skinny (they still have curves but aren’t rib-bone skinny). My inner thigh fat is so bad, when I stand up normally (in a bikini), it covers the entire bottom part (LOL)! Also, when I wear short shorts, the inner thigh fat is coming out of them (which is disgusting when you think about it), and for my thigh fat, I’m pretty much a thunderthigh. Next, my calfs are huge and muscular (which for me is bad). But I really don`t like running because I just think this will give me more muscle, and also, I get out of breath easily. When I wear skinny jeans, I can barely get them on because of this (I really hate bell-bottom jeans), and the skinny jeans stretch too. Another thing is that I want to get a toned ass for summer as well. I just want my legs and ass toned and slim more than athletic really. Moving on, my arms are really flabby. I feel so uncomfortable with myself for that. I NEVER wear tanktops, because it would show those stupid ”bat wings.” If I do wear a tanktop, I just wear a hoodie overtop of it. Again, I just want my arms toned and slim, not ATHLETIC. Now for my stomach fat, DON`T GET ME STARTED!!! Anyway, I just want my whole body to be toned and skinny, but not rib-bone skinny or athletic (I know quite a few girls with these problems). My face and chin is ok, but everywhere else is NOT. I just want exercises for these problem areas, no pills or weight loss programs. No bad comments please! Thanks!

What you are describing is “skinny-fat”, and it comes too little muscle tone. If you don’t eat at a calorie surplus, you can’t get huge and muscular. If you eat at maintenance and do strength training, you’ll stay at the same weight, but slowly lose fat without building much muscle. The key is to not under or over eat. For your stats, ~1800-2200 calories is maintenance depending on activity (1500 is way too low for a teen!).. But at your age, you shouldn’t be counting calories. Just weigh yourself occasionally to make sure you stay about the same, accounting for the fact that you gain a bit as you grow.
By the way, skinny jeans fit like that for everyone. Being hard to put on is just what they do.
You should eat as cleanly as possible (less processed food) and use body-weight exercises like planks, bridges, push ups, pull ups (if you can do them), squats and lunges. Weights would help too, especially on the squats/lunges which help tone your backside. Running won’t make your legs big either.. Runners usually have skinny legs, unless they’re pro athletes.
