Daily Questions And Answers On Chin Exercises Work

Ken asks…

What simple exercises can I do to not neglect my other muscles?

I have a question.. I KNOW cardio is important to lose weight and I KNOW that building muscle is just as important, Cardio i already got down.. Jogging on a Treadmill for 45-60minutes alternateing between 2.5mph(when ever tired) to 6.5mph(once I regain stamina, How do I get more stamina?) But how do I NOT neglect my other muscles? I plan to do 10 Pushups daily for a week, and add on another 10, next week another 10. That works my chest. For my biceps, I’ll do 5 Negative chin ups and some pull ups to work my Biceps and my Triceps. I add 5 Every week until I am able to do REAL pull ups and chin ups. For my Glutes and thighs, I will do a wall sit. Addind 30 seconds every week. How can I improve working these muscles and what other exercises can I do and what muscles do I need to work on?

I’m 14, 170lbs(WHOO! LOST 10 POUNDS INA MONTH), 5’8.

How can I make my jaw and chin pointier?

My face is very round and chubby around my cheeks. My face resembles an oval —> 0
I would like a more pointy jaw and chin, and I have tried mouth exercises, but it doesn’t seem to work. Is there any herbal remedy or food or a different face exercise or something I can try because I am sick of having a face like a six year old.
Oh, I would just like to mention that I am only 15 and I am officially broke. So, exercises for my face, massages, herbal remedies and food are my only options. Thanks!

The whole thing sounds a little counter productive, but you are more than welcome to give it a try.

Help needed from someone with experience?

Is it possible to get fit and in shape in 2 months?

I have a chin up bar and dumbells to work with. Could I combine these with running, body weight exercises, whatever – to get fit?

I’d describe myself as slim. Would it be possible to bulk up a bit as well in 2 months?

answers:

Of course you can get fit. All you need to do is maintain a regular routine of sustained cardio-exercise each day for at least an hour a day (20 minutes minimum). But take up swimming, jogging, cycling, martial arts or sports – all good forms of cardio workout.

If you want to not only get in shape but build muscle then either work out at a gym or do lots of push ups and sit ups – military style. If you do at least 100 push ups and pull ups a day and around 300 sit ups a day on top of the cardio work out, you will get fit. Just make sure you eat and sleep well too.

Do protein shakes work?

I want to join the Army as an officer when I finish uni, and need to do 44 push ups in 2 minutes. I’ve been training for months, but just can’t do any more then 20. I’ve tried different exercises to help (pull ups, chin ups, weight lifting and the 100 push up programme) but I just seem to be one of those people that doesn’t build muscle easily.

A friend suggested protein shakes, so I had a look into them. It seems a good idea, but they can be pretty expensive and I don’t fancy spending loads on something that doesn’t work. Does anyone here have any experience with them or any they can recommend?

answers:

Ya of course u can use protein shake or just use whey protein powder.they build up your body….any protein stuff u buy will definitely cost u a lot….
If u want an alternate way..u can eat 4-6 eggs per day because egg white has pure protein and try to avoid the yolk if u want to avoid fat…

I CAN TELL U ONE THING TRY TO AVOID SUPPLEMENTS AND GO FOR NATURAL WAYS LIKE EGG – NON VEG-GREEN VEGETABLES…because from my experience on reading articles some supplements use chemicals other than proteins but they don’t show it off…since those chemicals help your body to grow u may think it is working but u will have some side effects later ….believe me this is true…all those bodybuilders who use supplements live upto an average of 59 years…..thats all i can say its your choice from now on…
